Told you job was on roof but man showed up without ladder. Did not appear to want the jobMar 5, 2016VerifiedSam M.'s reply
That is true Richard, but a squirrel job doesn't mean it's just a tunnel and done. Squirrels can cause major damage in attic sources such as chew writes, deficate insularion, burrow and make babies. Since, our technicians are taught to analyze the situation first to attempt to save the home owner money, there is no need for a two man crew to be present. The technician showed you the hole as well as a possible second hole and told you the entire piece of wood is rotting and should be either wrapped or replaced. By doing so, he savef you money by not charging you and having you seek a more permanent fix. I apologize if you didn't like the service he provided at the time. We cannot do a job that will continue to give you issues in the future without fully explaining it to you. We don't need to have a ladder present especially since we don't know what size house you have or accessibility or the level of the infestation. Again I apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience. It was not our intention our the way we do business.
I had a squirrel in my attic and Sam Mercado of Superb Pest Control was the only one who reached to me on Thumbtack. Sam and I had some difficulty getting our schedules to align so instead of making me rework my schedule or wait several days, he gave me "free tips" over the phone and explained to me how I could resolve the issue myself. Sam stayed in touch with me for over a week through text messages giving me pointers along the way. Didn't spend a dime for his services.Sep 29, 2015Verified
