- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My cakes start at $3.00 per slice for a simple all icing wedding cake. Imbellishments gum paste and fondant start at $4.00 per serving. Square cakes are $50 extra, delivery is .50 per mile and cut and serve available as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally get my clients information on what they want; number of tiers, colors, flavors of cake and filling and any imbellishments and/or flowers if any.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught cake decorator that loves to decorate cakes. I think of it as a blank canvas and paint palate and go from there. To me, its edible art.
