- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing may vary with every event. Simply due to location, amount of children, technical difficulties and length of time of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customers expresses interest in a face painter they contact me . I send a invoice directly to them. They then leave a deposit which secures the date of event. The customer receives a updated invoice in which the deposit is subtracted from the amount not added to the amount. Then I contact them a few days before the event to go over any additional details. I arrive fifteen minutes early to set up with a table and two chairs ( if needed) and complete the job and leave. Simple and easy and stress free.
