Introduction: I train clients based upon goals. I am a former fighter and fight trainer, so I like to think outside the box and make each workout a little different. If it's for injury rehab, I like to stay in the loop with physicians to insure the safest way to reach your goals. I am a man and prefer to train men or couples.
