- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base our pricing on a framework we have used for years; time, materials, number of participants, the transparent costs we know will occur such as travel. We are reasonable and careful about our pricing. Our pricing is always based on your needs in a flexible way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know new clients and complete an interview and proposal at no cost. Sometimes we suggest a formal or informal needs assessment to determine our target needs. We always suggest that new clients contact our own family of existing clients to check our work. Once we start rolling a project out, we are ready to re-check our work, and stay in touch with the client to ensure that the impact is on target. We assess our impact at the end of the project to ensure that we accomplished our goals and recycle learning into the next project if needed. Our clients say we don't charge for everything we do and they are right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both partners, Dr. Susan Cain and Dr. Tim Buividas, hold their doctoral degrees in Organizational Leadership. Each partner has substantial experience in designing and facilitating training, coaching and strategy services. Both are excellent motivational speakers. In addition, both partners are certified in a variety of useful tools and assessments for the workplace; MBTI, DiSC, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Indicator, Five Dysfunctions of a Team, Denison Culture Survey, Situational leadership, The Leadership Challenge. Both teach at several prestigious business schools.
