Spencer accurately diagnosed my problem based upon my description of the problem. It was on time and at the cost quoted. While waiting on the part he did software diagnostics to make sure that was not the problem and at no cost. I will use Spencer again. Very reasonable compared to an Apple Store (MacBook Air repair).

My Mac couldn't turn on, so I needed to have the data recovery before I sent the machine to apple store for the repair. But unfortunately, it was something wrong with the power circuitry hardware, Spencer tried every method, he couldn't recovery the data for me. But he was so active and willing to try everything to save my data, I would strongly recommend him to any other friends.

My Acer computer developed an issue was suddenly shutting off. I was interested in a diagnosis to understand whether or not the repair would be feasible or too expensive considering the age of the computer. Spencer identified the problem - the power module on the mother board. This made it not feasible to repair. I was very thankful. He did not charge me for this service. I paid him anyway because his time was very valuable to me.

35$ Service call 75$ hourly Prices may vary, some service calls free! First call, free consult/examination of problem Mileage may be charged in all cases, or you can come to me!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to ensure the customer is comfortable with handing me their equipment and data first and foremost. As I've stated before integrity is my watchword, so the customers equipment and privacy is my utmost concern.
