- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to explain all possible outcomes and every step of the criminal process so my clients are comfortable about what is taking place and knowledgeable about the next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best training that there is for a criminal defense attorney: I was an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan. As a former prosecutor, I know how prosecutors assess cases, the possible outcomes of cases and the special skills and knowledge that comes with being a prosecutor. There is no better criminal defense attorney than a former prosecutor.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
People from all walks of life who have been arrested and charged with a wide range of crimes, including: driving while intoxicated, domestic violence-related crimes, assault, criminal possession of a weapon, larceny, and possession and sale of narcotics and marijuana.
