- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the needs of the client. Initially, I offer a complimentary 30 minute session to understand your needs. Afterward, I typically charge $65 per hour for individual coaching. I offer a package of 4 for $60 per hour; a package of 8 for $55 per hour; and a package of 12 or more for $50 per hour. All packages are to be paid monthly. Corporate rates and speaking engagements vary according to the specific request and the number of attendees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For my individual clients we schedule a complimentary 30 minute session to discuss coaching and what it entails and talk about what you are looking to accomplish. Once we decide to move forward, we discuss cost, scheduling, and strategy. When working with an organization we also talk about the wants and needs and the options available for speaking and training, It's a coaching session to help the organization grow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Professional Coach, trained by iPEC (the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching), a former employee trainer in the customer service and hospitality industries, and manager of development and training for sales associates and continuing education classes. iPEC is one of the largest accredited coach training schools in the world (by the ICF), having graduated over 7000 coaches! They have a unique coaching methodology based on consciousness levels and using core energy coaching.
