FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As I had mentioned earlier all my prices are for complete jobs. I am clean and thorough with the upmost respect given to my customers home. I value every project I do. I'm sure you could find a cheaper price but you will not get a better value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starting with a phone call or email works well. Then an on-site visit, where I will get an idea of what you want and we can talk about design. Then I can come up with a price, and if that the price is agreeable to you we can work on scheduling to get the work done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was introduced to the trades at a young age helping my father over the summer and on school breaks. I have over 20 years of full time professional experience. Plus the years of growing up. I have been fortunate enough to work under several Master Craftsman. I'm constantly continuing my education by whichever means I can. New products and techniques are constantly being introduced to the market. I have attended many product seminars and received their certificates. While most people are watching football I'm watching product videos. The internet can be a wonderful place to learn if you know enough to wean through the garbage.
