FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My sessions are priced at 75 dollars. That 75 dollars includes the training itself, the program writing, as well as nutrition coaching (dietary analysis, coaching sessions, meal planning). So the 75 dollars covers both personal training and nutrition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My approach is first based off of my client's health history, client background information, and fitness assessment. From there I develop a program but my approach with each client is based on their progress. If a client can excel rather quickly, the program advances at a faster rate. However, those clients who need a slower approach receive the guidance they need to make continued progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Applied Performance Physiology and a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. Both degrees are from Eastern Michigan University. I am also certified through Precision Nutrition as a nutrition coach and a Level 1 Sports Coach from USA Weightlifting.
