Introduction: I have been a Fabricator for 25yrs. When i ask a Customer what they desire from my services, It could be a Simple repair like a Broken weld. Or could be more involved process of Designing something(To the customers taste) and build it from the ground up. My MOTO IS: If you can't do it right, don't do it at all. I stand behind all my work, But the most important thing to me is Satisfied Customers. Expressing Creativity through my work, I am my own Boss, Meeting new people and satisfying their needs at a fair and Honest Price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is not Complicated at all, A Customer will tell me what they need, I might have to look at Item because of severity a Broken Weld (Etc) and I will quote them a Fair Price. I quote price per Job, If it takes Longer than expected I Eat the difference.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple, The Customer comes 1st & I work for them. That is the reason I am in Business. I will meet Face to Face with all my Customers. But they must know a General idea of the work they want me to Perform (Sketches Descriptions etc) I will also find the Simplest most Cost effective way to get the Job done, sometimes expressing my own idea's for a Better overall Product.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Read- Read- Read- Because even after 25yrs in this field, there is always something to Learn.
