Installation of a new furnace and air conditioner. The technicians arrived on time and worked efficiently and cleaned up and took all trash with them. They were very willing to listen to my concerns and to answer all questions I had.

Furnace wouldn't fire when the thermostat told it to. I'd go out in the garage and hit it (literally), and it would start up and then run fine for the rest of the day. Then the next morning, we'd go through the same routine. Russ, the tech came out (on time) took off some covers (one more than I did), found the problem - a loose wire connection, and that fixed it. I've had heat ever since.

Showed up on time. Confusion on quoted price that eventually was worked out. Not the greatest service experience but work was completed to satisfaction of customer.

My drain unclogging problem was never actually worked on by Washington Energy Services. This was not entirely WES's fault. I attribute the problem to confusion over using their online booking system. When I first put in my request, I was promptly (electronically) contacted by a live person at W ES. However, at that point I would have preferred phone contact to follow up and to make the service call appointment. When I attempted to make the reservation online for the service call I received an e-notice thanking me for the business .. but received no definitive instructions for completing the service call arrangements.
