Travis appeared to be a very nice professional person at first. He did the service of pressure washing for me. After about 2 months all the mildew had returned. In contacting him it would either go to voicemail or he would promise to call me back and never did. He had told me a year's guarantee on the service. Once I did finally get a hold of him he never showed up to remove the mildew that had returned. He was decidedly less friendly when called about coming on the appointed day which made me feel he would not meet his promise on the guarantee. His word means nothing on a job like this. His product is poor as well is his customer service. Do not waste your money on someone who can not be relied on and can not keep his word.
