- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is based on the lodging, gas and any other travel related fees. At times the fee also includes handouts which I create and distribute.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want a deep understanding of what the client is looking to accomplish. Secondly, I would ask their opinion on the cause(s) of the issue. Background information can be helpful to determine what information is needed. I do realize that there are also times when their perception is incorrect, so the possible solutions that I generate have to be broad enough to encompass that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken classes on effective speaking. I also train others on how to make their point more effectively.
