- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
💳 The client must take into account the tax + 5% of the amount of the order cost, we work officially and pay taxes! If the client comes back and contacts us again, we can offer him a free estimate for the future project! If a customer leaves a review, he will get $10 back, we will pay him!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our task is to provide the most favorable conditions for the client, and complete the work in record time, taking into account all standards, in order to receive positive feedback about the completed project, as well as a recommendation of us among the client’s acquaintances and friends!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Today we are a licensed general contractor - handyman in the field of construction and renovation, we have insurance for our work up to $5,000, we have professional American equipment and a truck for delivering materials or removing garbage. I also have experience working for a local construction company! This is the second year we have been helping and solving problems for our clients in Juneau!
