My reports are web-based and easy to read and understand with a lot of pictures and illustrations, and are a great reference guide years down the road. Since they are web-based, you may get updated national averages for the costs of home repairs before you get any bids on proposed work. My prices are the best on the peninsula. I am based in Kenai, and am willing to travel anywhere, from Homer to Seward. My base price is $295.00, and I charge a little more if I have to travel over 50 miles. Basically, I split the cost of gas with you.
