I am an experienced Mobile and Online Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent and I offer Mobile Fingerprinting. I have been licensed, bonded and insured since 2009. My coverage area consists of the Entire Kenai Peninsula. So anywhere from Soldotna to Seward or even Homer or Nikiski, but I am willing to travel for additional fees. I will be there to assist you getting your documents notarized. I also offer Apostille Services for legal documents to be recognized in other countries. I also now provide Remote Online Notarization. (RON) Which means you can upload your documents to a secure website and I can notarize them via my computer and you can be anywhere in the USA. Fast, Secure and EASY! I am proud of the work I do for my community and I would love to help you with your documents.

I needed 32 pages of documents notarized quickly for a house closing in two days. Melissa came all the way out to our home in Clam Gulch very quickly. Melissa was very professional and knew what needed to be done. She even took the signed documents all the way to the UPS store in Soldotna so they could be overnighted. Melissa scanned all the documents and e-mailed them to me and to a closing company in Minnesota. Melissa, thank you so much!Dave Mason

While visiting from Mississippi, I received an urgent request from a friend back home who needed a notarized character reference asap for a newly scheduled court date just days away. I was able to send an email to Melissa with the character reference. She printed it off and met me where I was, notarized the letter, scanned it to pdf and emailed it back to me. Im incredibly grateful that we found Melissa and that even on a Sunday she was available to help us! Thank you!!!

Melissa was prompt and very communicative, she was also really nice to talk to. I would absolutely recommend her for your notary needs! She printed our documents and also scanned them after we finished all the notarizing. She met us at a local diner, it was just all very convenient and took a lot of stress off of us.
