- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
New students will pay a non-refundable registration fee of $20 that will be applied to the first invoice. Lessons are charged in a flat monthly rate with an automated payment system via email. Zoom consultations are available for any questions regarding lessons, billing and device setup. Consulations are 20 minutes long. Registration Fee – For NEW students a $20 non-refundable registration fee applies to the first invoice. For returning students who have not had a lesson in the last 30 days the registration fee applies again. The registration fee is applied in addition to the first month of lessons. *MONTHLY RATE PACKAGES* Lessons are billed monthly and available in the following packages with recurring private lessons being held weekly (typically 4x/month) in accordance with the studio calendar. Longer duration packages are typically used for intermediate/advanced students and students that are studying more than one instrument. A 20-minute consultation is available if you have questions or if you need device setup for online lessons (live through Zoom video conferencing software). Student's doing Royal Conservatory Repertoire or taking Exams must take a minimum of 45-minute lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to deal with the family as a whole, and ask any questions regarding the home environment creates a picture as a whole for music lessons. It is important for me to see if we are a good fit before continuing weekly piano lessons.
