Best business decision of 2020! Robin makes bookkeeping so simple and helps me find systems that keep my business running, efficient, profitable and on track. All that AND she's kind, warm and immediately felt like part of a team supporting my small business. Highly recommended!

We are thankful for Robin's accounting support! We have the passion to strengthen at-risk youth, but need the functional support that solid bookkeeping provides. Thank you so much for helping us in this area!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer package prices so you know what your cost is each month upfront. There is nothing more stressful than billing surprises.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. First, we talk. We are looking to determine what your needs are and if we can meet them. If not, we will let you know. 2. If we are a good fit, then we will need to get a look at your books so we can see what it looks like on our end and what our recommendations are for you. 3. We offer a proposal with some different options and level of service to choose from. 4. If everything looks good to you, we will have an on boarding process that we begin. 5. You have a business ally that champions your business along with you!
