- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the job not by the hour. It works out better for both parties. So no matter how long the job takes the customer pays the same amount. The only thing that changes is if there is unexpected problems like rotten floors and additional work added. Materials cost may vary based on what is done and what is needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly looking for new and faster ways to make the job go quicker, smoother, and with the utmost quality. We take yearly courses to stay up to date on new codes and techniques.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in the remodeling industry. Started with my Grandfather while in school and then started this company as I went through college. As a firefighter I have vast knowledge of the buildings and structures, and how they are built. Now I continue education and make every effort to gain as much knowledge of the trade.
