Reasonable price and personable service. Delivered what was promised. Highly recommended. Steve Kilkenny Anchorage AKJun 18, 2014Verified
Chad was prompt giving an assessment and quote and performed quick and professional turnaround on a roof job, it was money well spent on protecting our home investment. It was one of easiest and problem free transactions we have ever had with a contractor and it was all done with never meeting him face to face since I am working remotely in Alaska bush. If you need a job done quick, painless, and professional give Chad a call.Sep 9, 2013Verified
Did an excellent job. On time, did everything I needed him to do quickly, cleaned up after himself and charged a fair price. Couldn't ask for more.Mar 5, 2013Verified
The work done was very nice, more than we had expected. Our only problem was that it was not completed when we arrived. Contract was signed in May, we arrived 7/20. Still did not have power. During electric company inspection, it was found that grounding and guy wire codes were not met, causing Chad to come back X 2 to fix. In all fairness though, Chad did loan us a pig-tail so we could connect our generator to the well pump so we could get water. He was over budget, but was willing to wait on f payment of the overage for one month. I would hire him again for work to be done. He is a very personable young man and you could tell he felt bad that the project was completed when we got here.Sep 23, 2014Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We charge by the job not by the hour. It works out better for both parties. So no matter how long the job takes the customer pays the same amount. The only thing that changes is if there is unexpected problems like rotten floors and additional work added. Materials cost may vary based on what is done and what is needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are constantly looking for new and faster ways to make the job go quicker, smoother, and with the utmost quality. We take yearly courses to stay up to date on new codes and techniques.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I grew up in the remodeling industry. Started with my Grandfather while in school and then started this company as I went through college. As a firefighter I have vast knowledge of the buildings and structures, and how they are built. Now I continue education and make every effort to gain as much knowledge of the trade.
