Amazing service!!!! Professional all-around! Reasonable prices and completed in a timely manor. His work that was completed, looked better than the original that was there. Many thanks to him. He will be hired by us anytime we have any issue. A mistake was made on the first review. Shawn deserves 10 stars. I will be getting a hold of thumbtack to retract the last rating.

Shawn responded almost immediately to our initial phone call. He met us at our home a few days later, and provided a written quote soon after. He was professional, courteous and extremely reliable. He went above and beyond; offering suggestions on everything from building materials to paint. All work, (two bathroom renovations and drywall repairs), was started and completed on schedule as promised! Shawn was easy to work with, free with his knowledge and very accommodating. His craftmanship is excellent. We are very pleased with the work and will be hiring Specialty Contracting again!

We had an interior door that wouldn't close at our rental. Shawn was highly responsive, the tenant seems to be pleased and it was taken care of within 24hrs. He sent photos of before and after and explained what the issue was as well as how he corrected it. ADDITIONALLY he was very clear on his pricing and sent a invoice stating 'paid' as soon as we remitted payment (via a very convenient app). This was the best experience we've had with a contractor in a long time - we'll definitely be keeping their number handy.
