He did everything he said he was going to do and on the timeline he said it would be done. He was extremely reliable and professional. I have worked with several contractors and found him to go far beyond any other contractor to make sure we were happy with all his work. His work and attention to detail was fantastic.

Shawn responded almost immediately to our initial phone call. He met us at our home a few days later, and provided a written quote soon after. He was professional, courteous and extremely reliable. He went above and beyond; offering suggestions on everything from building materials to paint. All work, (two bathroom renovations and drywall repairs), was started and completed on schedule as promised! Shawn was easy to work with, free with his knowledge and very accommodating. His craftmanship is excellent. We are very pleased with the work and will be hiring Specialty Contracting again!

Shawn did an excellent job with tiling our new fireplace, plus the sheetrock/paint rehabilitation from removing the old one. The tile is beautiful, and he was quick to respond to questions and got it done quickly once the tile arrived. I recommend him for any tile work and already have him scheduled for some more at this house.
