- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard rate is $60/hour with a 3-hour minimum, which covers most basic and deep cleaning services. For new clients, I often recommend starting with a longer 6–8 hour deep clean before moving to regular 3–4 hour maintenance cleans. Airbnb or move-in/out cleaning requires a custom quote, so please message me for an estimate. I’m happy to discuss any specific needs or focus areas to make sure the service fits your home and schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we start by understanding their specific needs and creating a customized cleaning plan. We then schedule the cleaning at a convenient time for the customer. Our team of professional cleaners will arrive fully equipped and ready to tackle any cleaning task. We're always happy to accommodate any special requests or needs. And we make sure to keep in touch to ensure full satisfaction.
