FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am flexible. Every mural has different needs so it's hard to anticipate how long each will take. Some clients ask me to record my hours and pay me that way. Others pick a target price and I do as much work as I can up to that price. I want to always leave a piece with everyone feeling good about the exchange. Money is never as important as being sure that you can enjoy the piece and it brings you good feeling every time you look at it. Sometimes I just do a piece and the clients pay me what they feel it is worth.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
See below, I would love for you to really brainstorm and take some intentional time thinking about your project goal and gathering images that connect to your thoughts on it. I like to have the initial consultation on site so I can get a sense of you, the surface, related areas around and possible challenges. Please come to the meeting prepared with some images and thoughts for me to take with me to prepare a sketch and ideas. At a second meeting or via ph I will give you a potential concept for preview so you have a chance to think about the idea and if you want to modify anything before production begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
