Caleb with AFS came out and did a thorough job inspection of my home. There were noticeable foundation issues but Caleb was able to quickly show us what was causing the issues and offered a solution on how to fix it. He was knowledgeable and professional. He showed up when he said he would and got us a quote on the spot. I will always keep Caleb in mind for future jobs and refer him to friends and family.

I want to thank Preston, Gustavo, and Roberto for the excellent work they performed installing the pillars to stabilize the foundation wall in the basement. They were very professional. They made sure to maintain the dust and dirt to just the location where the drilling/digging was happening. Then they cleaned it all back up and left it looking better than before. Thanks again.

Update 6/17/24: Annual inspection was done by Tony who did a very thorough job checking all my encapsulation components. He was very professional and when finished explained the status of all components using several photos he had taken. Everything is in good shape. I highly recommend AFS and Tony for encapsulation service.John and Matt H. arrived on time and promptly performed a thorough checkup of the crawlspace encapsulation system AFS installed at my home several years ago. They also checked the operation of the dehumidifier installed by AFS at the time of the encapsulation system installation. John and Matt H. determined the encapsulation system was in good shape and only needed a few minor patches where there had been some mice activity. They also determined the dehumidifier is working properly. I was very pleased with their through and professional service.
