Electrician I hired to install outlet for dehumidifier in crawl space said the crawl space looked really nice. My floorboards began sounding like Rice Krispy Cereal. Glad to get water issues taken care of. What sold me was the thickness of the tarp they put down. If I remember correctly, Chris said they use a 120ml tarp. Other crawl space encapsulators use a far thinner tarp.

Caleb Smith came out to my house to our annual inspection on the system they had installed with the previous owner. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and well mannered. He informed me and my wife of some concerns he found around the house. He also made sure we completely understood how our system works and answered all questions I had. I would highly recommend using AFS and ask for Caleb if he is available
