- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge hourly plus materials for all jobs that take a day or less. For bigger projects I like to sit down with homeowner and discuss all the details of the project, then come up with a quote for the entire job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing construction, remodeling, installs, and repairs for the last 15 years. I've worked across many trades and picked up many skills and tricks from those trades along the way. Even in my free time I'm woodworking, or remodeling something.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After High School I started working building decks and other outdoor carpentry for a small company. But as far back as I can remember, I've always enjoyed building things or taking things apart.
