Shay was FANTASTIC! She took the time to help our stray poodle and fit us in last minute. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. Our Gracie Maye had the spa treatment that she deserves. I am sure our girls coat was a challenge being a poodle whos been on her own in the neighborhood for months. Shay listened to what we wanted and delivered 10 fold. The whole experience with Kontota has been wonderful! We will definitely be using them exclusively for our dog grooming and highly recommend them!

Five Stars for Shay!Shay is an absolute gemprofessional, kind, and incredibly skilled. From the moment she arrived, her calm and caring energy put both me and my pups at ease. She handled everything with such grace and attention to detail, and the results were fantastic. My dogs not only looked amazing, but they clearly adored her too! Its rare to find someone who combines talent with genuine love for animals, and Shay does just that. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer who truly goes above and Beyond!
