FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In real estate, commissions are always negotiable and never set by law. My pricing is completely transparent and based on the exact scope of marketing required to get your home sold or the level of representation needed to buy. I do not believe in hidden fees or surprise upcharges. At Kelly Right Real Estate, I provide a clear, itemized breakdown of all costs upfront before you ever sign an agreement. My goal is to ensure you have a "True Picture" of your net profit or required cash to close from day one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It always starts with a simple text or call to set up a pressure-free consultation. Because Alabama law requires it, the very first thing I do is provide the RECAD (Real Estate Brokerage Services Disclosure) so you know exactly how I can represent and protect your confidential information. From there, we dive into the data. If you are selling, I build a custom, 15-30-page RPR or MLS equity report to find value that automated bots miss. If you are buying, we map out a hyper-local search strategy. I am a marketer who just happens to sell real estate, so my process is built around proven systems that eliminate the guesswork.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a fully licensed REALTOR® in the state of Alabama, holding myself to the strict National Association of Realtors (NAR) Code of Ethics. Specifically, I operate heavily under Article 12, which mandates presenting a "True Picture" in all marketing and representations. Beyond standard licensing, I spend extensive time training in advanced digital marketing, SEO, and predictive data analytics so I can proactively target out-of-state relocation buyers, rather than just sticking a sign in the yard and hoping for the best.
