There was an extra charge for assembling and disassembling beds. I thought that came with the service as it does with most movers.

Getting hostile with customers is not the way to go. Threatening a customer is not the way to go. Repair technician changed times due to a personal emergency. That time didn’t work for me. Then wanting to rush and get the job done wasn’t what I wanted either. I’m no longer comfortable with this person coming to my house. Threatening me with the money for cancelling is a scam!!

Nobody threatened you with anything. At first I told you 5 then I told you I was on my way and you cancelled. I told you I was on my way within 2 minutes of telling you 5. So I would have made it around the time scheduled. You cancelled on me last minute therefore I charged you a fee. You told me you wasn't going to be home at 5 but you had it scheduled for 2. Was you going to rush us when we got there? I am not scamming anybody.
