- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
l will give you detailed information and I aim for you to have a clear understanding of the process. Ask all questions and I will do my best to assist, if I don't know, I will research the correct answer. We can work through any challenges!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS degree in Business Administration and a minor in Organizational management; a Masters degree in Human Resource Management. I have performed administrative work most of my life which makes me very thorough in having a great outcome. I give great effort and aim to please.
