Mac Smith and his team at Madison Remodeling and painting completed a 3 week project including painting and general repair on our home. Mac took complete responsibility for all of his crew and the final product. He was always courtesy and professional. He communicated well with us, giving a timeline of his expectations for the job. The paint job itself was very well done, and there was no mess left behind to clean up. Mac definitely went above and beyond by providing the best service for a reasonable price, and helped save money where he could. Yes, we base all our pricing on a by the foot system.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we give a free estimate, once a price is negotiated we start cleaning and prepping for work to start. Once we've prepped all surfacres we paint!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of on the job training to bring to the table.
