FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love music.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't start your children on piano lessons until they can read. Also, remember that the teacher can teach your child to read music, but it is up to the child to put in the effort. You cannot expect a child to "play a song" if they only play a piano at lesson time, 30 minutes each week. It takes dedication and practice, practice, practice.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
A couple of things you should ask yourself: 1) Am I, as a parent, willing to put in the time and effort required to ensure my child meets the requirements of music classes. 2) Am I willing to endure that my child does the home work required by these classes. This would include work pages, practice fingering, etc.
