Ears Nails and Tails LLC offers Mobile Pet Care in the comfort of your own home. This reduces stress for both owner and pet. I am an experienced veterinary technician with over 10 years experience in emergency veterinary hospitals, as well as early work in no-kill shelters. I also have an Associates Degree in Science. I offer in-home pet sitting , as well as grooming and special pet care for dogs and cats. Services include but are not restricted to grooming, bathing, professional ear cleaning, anal gland expression, nail trims, and in home pet sitting. I can also offer these things at a discounted price compared to veterinary hospitals and commercial grooming and boarding facilities. I enjoy alleviating stress for pet owners. I also enjoy alleviating the stressful situations that pets find themselves in when they have to visit the doctor. Stress is detrimental to both parties and can be avoided by a professional coming to the home, where the pet and owner are both comfortable. A trust can be established, and grooming and pet care but can become fun, instead of a fearful event.

My dog Andy loves to see his favorite vet tech Jacie of ears nails and tails. She comes out to the house once a month to give him a much needed nail trim and to clean his itchy ears. This service has made a world of difference to me and I no longer have to worry about Andy getting car sick on the way to the vet I used to take him too, and to be very honest... She has impeccable customer service skills and it is a joy to both Andy and I when she comes to visit. Just want you all to know I just cannot say how much I appreciate her time and effort. Ear Nails and Tails is the best at home pet service!! The owner, Jacie, takes her time with you and your animals and really knows how to make you and your furry ones more than comfortable. She thoroughly explains everything she will be doing along with educating you on what your pet needs in order to be properly maintaned and cared for. This is a service unlike any other. She comes straight to your house and it does not inconvenience you at all. She has a great personality and I swear she is a pet whisperer! Definitely check her out and give it a try! You won't regret it!!

They come to do monthly nail trim, ear cleanings and bathe my pups. It is so nice and convenient that they come to my home to save me time. Plus both my pups are rescued and scared of the unknown. They make them feel safe and secure. Best service out there. Keep up the great work.

Jacie is great! She trims our dogs' nails, and she does a fantastic job. Her service is convenient and well-priced, and you can tell she really cares about animals. She even keeps our sensitive little chihuahua happy during nail trimming!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates degree in Science. I attended veterinary technician school in Charleston South Carolina at Trident Technical College. I have also worked at Auburn University's College of veterinary medicine in the ICU and Emergency Center for a little under three years. I have also worked at a VCA in Palm Bay Florida for three plus years. I've also worked at a no-kill shelter on James Island. I have always had a passion for animals as well as a passion for the people who love them.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started this business because I know how stressful it can be on a pet and an owner to get to the veterinary clinic and or a groomer. It takes time out of a work day to make an appointment as well as get the pet to the appointment. It also causes stress on the pet that is essentially unneeded and unnecessary. Animals feel more comfortable in their familiar environment, especially when being groomed or cared for in a medical way. My purpose is to make it easy on the pet owner as well as stress free on the pet by performing grooming and Pet Care needs in the comfort of the home. I am also happy to supply these services to pet owners at a discounted price compared to commercial groomers and veterinary clinics and hospitals.
