FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is sometimes difficult when I am not actually standing over the project . I usually request that a customer schedules for me to come look and measure. Sometimes I can add additional information and offer advice to your project that can quite oftenly lower my labor price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will work on a handshake when we build a healthy working relationship. Typically I draw up a description of the project and when the customer and I agree to the price we both sign. This protects both of us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As mentioned earlier, I have attended trade school as an education. And over 33 years experience working as a handyman technician.
