What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates for residential painting projects and try to keep pricing straightforward and transparent. Every project is different, so pricing depends on things like prep work, repairs, surface condition, accessibility, and product selection. We may not always be the cheapest quote, but we focus on quality work, good communication, and results that last.
We collect a 30% deposit the day we start your job, not before. Final payment is due upon completion and the customers satisfaction.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep the process simple and stress-free. First, we talk through the project and schedule a free estimate. During the walkthrough, we discuss colors, finishes, problem areas, and the overall vision for the space. If customers are stuck on colors, we can also help with that through our Color Visualization service. Once everything is approved, we schedule the project, keep communication open throughout the job, and make sure everything is cleaned up and looking right before we leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our experience comes from real-world, hands-on painting and learning what actually works in customers’ homes, not just what looks good in theory. Over the years we’ve worked with everything from simple repaints to detailed cabinet projects, drywall repairs, and full interior and exterior transformations. We’re always learning about new products, finishes, and application methods so we can give customers durable, professional results that hold up over time.
