Alex arrived on time as expected and went to work on isolating the problem with my KitchenAid dishwasher - he examined the error codes and identified the issue. Went to work on clearing blocked hose and testing the fix. All went well. He also noticed a plumbing problem that would need a plumber call. Alex was very professional and easy to work with - I will certainly call him again for any appliancerepair that I may need.

I can only say good things about my experience with A-Xander’s. He provided very quick response to my messages through the app. Our dryer was not producing heat so I sent him the dryer serial number, make and model. He was able to diagnose the issue beforehand and send me an estimate. He came on a Saturday since we weren’t home during the week. He arrived when he said he would and fixed the dryer in less than 45 minutes. The cost ended up being the same amount as the estimate and payment was easy via Venmo. If you’re on the fence deciding who you should use, pick A-Xander’s!

We have a Kenmore Elite Washer and Dryer and absolutely love them. Since they cannot be bought anymore we want to keep them as long as we can, so we hired Axander’s Heating/AC & Refrigeration to service and repair both of them. We were greatly impressed by how thorough he was and how he went above and beyond what you would expect. A+ work and the cost was very fair. Will use again and will suggest to family and friends!!

I had been having some trouble with my washer but an even bigger problem trying to get anyone out to repair it. I thought I would pull my hair out until I found Alexander! He was able to come out quickly and assess the problem and my washer was up and running next day. I was very fortunate I found his info through Tumbtack. Not only was he super professional he was extremely fairly priced.
