Zach is an experienced pro who told us he got tired of working for a larger company that wanted him to sell replacement HVAC systems as opposed to repairing them. He doesn’t like being pushy and has started his company to run it the way he knows best: explain what is wrong, how that can affect efficiency or strain other parts, and then give you your options, with estimates. That’s exactly what he did with us. We had to weigh repairs vs replacement and ended up taking a little gamble to buy time to prepare for the expense. After asking Zack to give us the same recommendation he would give his mama, we felt comfortable making an educated decision. He got our AC back on quickly, but we understand we will need to replace it soon enough. When we do, we will call K2H. This young man is doing business the right way, with all licenses and insurance, and a third-party warranty to boot. But the real shining star of K2H is the owner’s integrity.
