We originally had Prantl Heating and Air install our new HVAC system a few years ago. We were super happy with the price and the quick work, and it has been great. Within the last year or so, we decided to the Chilly Club and are very glad we did! We love the two checks a year. We did have a small issue recently with our gas furnace but were still under warranty and Tom and team did the repair super quickly and also for a reasonable labor price. These folks are kind, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Were very grateful!

The service I received from Landon and Prantl Heating and air was incredible. We called for service on Sunday and they had someone out the next morning. Would highly recomend if you are looking for a superior HVAC company. GREAT JOB!

Tom, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, diligent, and hardworking. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt confident in the work being done. I was on business travel and had an A/C failure that Tom and team responded to within an hour of placing the call. A/C was back up and running the same day with excellent service and customer care. Highly recommend!
