My outside AC unit was making a loud noise, and I noticed that the fan wasnt working. I did a Google search and found One Hour AirConditioning. They had really good reviews, so I decided to contact them. Unfortunately, I dont remember the ladys name who I first spoke with, but she was very helpful and professional. I scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out the next morning.Aaron Anderson was the assigned technician. He called me prior to coming and arrived on time. He showed up with a smile! He provided thoughtful explanations for all of my questions and was very knowledgeable.Aaron discussed my repair options in a way that was informative without being pushy. He completed the needed repairs and was very respectful of my home.While here, Aaron had to contact his manager, Kip, who was also very polite and helpful.Overall, I was extremely pleased with the services provided and look forward to an ongoing relationship with One Hour A/C for my HVAC needs.
