Vines Woodwork (especially Trent) is by far the best contractor of any kind that we worked with when building our house. He was on time, creative, talented, and very reasonably priced. I wish I could give more stars!!!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do not. We price each job individually, as there are so many parts, components, and variables that make up a stair system. It makes it impossible to have any type of pricing that works out the same on every job.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We typically like to visit the place where the work is to be performed and get accurate measurements, meet with our clients and go over their options with them and get them an accurate estimate and a lead time. There are so many components and stair parts that it takes even to do the simplest of stair systems and if we show up without one, it can possibly disrupt our ability to proceed. Therefore we like to make sure the work being done is clear on both ends and it eliminates the misunderstandings and any questions the customer may have can be answered at that time.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

All types. We've worked for people who wanted us to put two posts in and we've done many professional sports players homes. From individuals to contractors and residential to commercial. We've worked with just about any "type" of customer you can imagine.
