I don't usually give five stars but Paradise was simply like their name after how quickly they responded and Jonathan came out and repaired my unit. He actually did something that a lot of service providers do not do anymore and that was when he shook my hand. Back in the day, a man's handshake went a long way and it still does to me, so thank you for your professional service and value. Your company is now my go to company when it comes to HVAC service.

Contracted them Saturday night and Jonathan arrived, as promised, 9am Sunday morning. He quickly identified two separate wiring problems, installed a new thermostat, sealed an outside air inlet and corrected the wiring. He was extremely efficient and professional and very reasonable. I will contact them first for any future HVAC work
