- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Based on the information the client provides for their resume (usually a copy of their resume) and their responses to our questions, we normally have a new resume full of quantified accomplishments that will impress any hiring manager. We can complete the entire process via email, text, phone call, Skype, or if the client is local we can meet one-on-one. We require payment before the resume, cover letter, and/or any interview materials are delivered.
