Marty was on time. He called ahead which I appreciated. He diagnosed the problem on my treadmill within a few minutes and gave me a ballpark figure for the cost of repair which I felt was reasonable. I felt he was very knowledgeable and could easily handle the work. Very efficient. Thank you!
