Zach responded within 10 mins to my request through Thumbtack & this was at 8:00pm. I sent pictures of what was to be removed & he gave a very reasonable quote. (Much better than 2 other services I got quotes from). He set a time for 8:00 am. The day of the removal he was going to have to be late 15 mins late & I received a text & call from him about it to make sure I knew he would be late. He was exactly the 15 mins late. Pleasurable to work with & will be using him again soon.

I wish I could have chosen all five of the descriptive options instead of just three! Zach was friendly as well as professional. He is very honest in his pricing. He was willing to take things that still had value to a donation center as well as hauling off my true junk. I highly recommend Zach and Breezeway Valet Services.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our pricing is very competitive and is based on volume. Additional fees are sometimes added if needed based on location, difficulty in getting to and removing the items onsite, and other extraneous situations that are assessed on an as-needed basis. We cover all of this on the initial phone call to ensure both parties are aligned.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Typically, we reach out and have a conversation over the phone first. This allows for all questions to be answered and have both parties on the same page. Next, we will schedule the pickup with the customer, followed by a text to verify the appointment.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    We work with customers needing just a couple items picked up to entire hoarder house cleanouts and everything in between. There is no customer too small or large for us!
