- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive and is based on volume. Additional fees are sometimes added if needed based on location, difficulty in getting to and removing the items onsite, and other extraneous situations that are assessed on an as-needed basis. We cover all of this on the initial phone call to ensure both parties are aligned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we reach out and have a conversation over the phone first. This allows for all questions to be answered and have both parties on the same page. Next, we will schedule the pickup with the customer, followed by a text to verify the appointment.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with customers needing just a couple items picked up to entire hoarder house cleanouts and everything in between. There is no customer too small or large for us!
