- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price covers truck rental (local and office moves only), moving materials, and for the mover(s). Junk removal: contact for pricing as they vary on the material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With a new customer, I like to introduce myself and talk a little more about what service you need. Knowledge of what all is being moved is important to know what size truck would be perfect for the job. From there we can set up a time and date that fits your schedule. As a former Communications Specialist for the Marines, communication with the customer is through-out the process is very stress relieving for the customer. It builds trust which to me is more important than the price of any service.
