Hi there! I’m Rachel, the Pet Lady 🐶🐱 I’ve been providing reliable, loving pet care in the Birmingham area for over 3 years, and have four animals of my own. I offer pet sitting, drop-in visits, dog walking, and overnight care in your home so your pets can stay comfortable in their own space. I’ve grown up around animals my entire life and truly treat every pet like family. I know how important it is to find someone you trust with your fur babies, and I take that responsibility seriously. Whether your pet needs extra cuddles, structured walks in between your busy work day, medication reminders, or just someone patient and attentive, I’m happy to tailor care to their needs. yall - she is the best. I have 3 bengle cats and loved on them every day we were away. My husband was a nervous wreck he put up extra cameras. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$20 for a 20-30 minute drop in, $40 for an hour $20 per 15 minute walk, $25 for 30 minutes, $30 for 45 minutes, $40 for 60 minutes Rates for overnight stays depend on how long you need me, how many animals, and etc.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually will plan to set up a time and day to meet with you and your dog, and we will go over the proper steps for you to feel comfy with me taking care of your baby💕
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 3 years of experience on Rover, a popular dog sitting app. This experience includes dropping in to feed, or play, while you are on a vacay, or walking your dog while you are at work. Also if you feel more comfortable having me stay in your home to take care of your animals, I am your girl!
