An excellent job by Tsunami Pressure Washing!!! ! I requested to have my entire house, back patio, back fence, sidewalk, gutters, and shared driveway cleaned. They had long since been neglected. Martez did an amazing job on everything!!! Within 10 minutes of my submitted request for quote, he called me, and within another 30 minutes actually came by to complete his estimate. By that evening, I had quotes with different options and pricing to choose from. He scheduled the service for the following business day and texted when he was on his way. He was prompt, and very mindful of my time since I was working from home. I am beyond impressed with his work – my home looks like new again!! I booked Tsunami Pressure Washing for a gutter cleaning. Martez responded instantaneously to my quote request and was excellent at communicating throughout the process. He worked me in for the next day, despite the short notice. Due to it getting dark early, he had to come back out for a second session to finish the job, which he did on a weekend afternoon - I thought this was going above and beyond! His quote was very reasonable and close to the final price, even though the job was bigger than expected due to my gutters being very overdue for a cleaning and my roof being exceptionally steep. I was able to pay via Cash App, which was convenient. Martez did a great job and I will definitely be booking regular maintenance cleanings with him in the future!

Tsunami Mobile Detail & Pressure Washing provided excellent gutter cleaning services for my home. I contacted the owner through a website found on the Nextdoor application. The owner responded within 30 minutes to my email inquiry. We spoke briefly, and he provided details of the process. Mr. Jones kept in contact with me regarding an estimate. He set a date and time that he adhered to. He completed the job in a timely and professional manner. He was very articulate, courteous and respectful. He worked with a spirit of excellency. I will definitely allow him to provide other services that he offers for my family and myself.
