What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Deep clean includes baseboard, interior windows and is more detailed.
Standard clean covers all easy access of daily basis, ceiling fans and inside of microwave are included.
Inside fridge and oven are always extra.
We can customize the rate according with the project like doing Standard cleaning plus baseboard, windows, doors, etc.
Monthly, biweekly or weekly have different rates, prices are accordingly with the frequency that is cleaned.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The ideal is consult in person to understand the needs and to better estimate, but isn't always possible to follow that step prior booking.
We try to be fair, but usually first visit have little higher rate because the areas have been built up dirt and will take longer to clean.

We worked with homeowners, contractors, realtor and other agencies.
