FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base pricing on the complexity and scope of work of each project. We furnish an itemized quote and detailed specifications for each project- which we then will discuss and modify according to the requirements of each individual customer. We try to keep our prices reasonable, and we are willing to work with our customers to help them to get what they need and want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will generally contact the customer by telephone or email to introduce ourselves and answer questions. We often need to follow up with an interview and walk-through at the project site. At this time we are better able to assess and discuss the client's needs, project scope and technical requirements, available services, timing issues, and pricing options. We then present the customer with a quotation and answer any questions. Obviously, some projects are more complicated than others, and customers may have specific needs and requirements that should be discussed. Simpler projects may require us to quote a price and plan with the customer when we should plan to begin the work. Our "new" customers may all be "new", but that may be ALL they have in common ! We've found that every customer and each project requires us to tailor our services to specific needs. We try to ensure that those needs are addressed and met.
