This is only Company I will go to - Always responsive to contacts, quick to schedule, on time, a consummate professional in that he's quick to isolate the work area, pre-treat and clean - keeps to one area at a time or when overlap doesn't unless necessary. Just so accommodating & considerate to minimize disruption. Always quality cleaning & each time he teaches me something new about carpet care - i.e. never knew ammonia with water best to neutralize animal urine - I now have a spray bottle at the ready!

10/10 recommend. I wish I could check all five boxes above. Scheduling was easy. Every time he called, he called me by name. He was early to the appointment. He's an awesome, professional guy. It's the little things that make him the best. On top of that, he did a terrific job. The carpets look amazing, and the wife is ecstatic.

They arrived on time, made sure they put down materials to not get anything dirty and was very professional. Not only were they professional and punctual but they did an amazing job. I’ve been trying to find a company that cleans mattresses for a year and could not find anyone before finding this cleaning company! It’s a plus as well that they are family owned and operated. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a premium service and are generally on the higher end of the spectrum. That being said we have a low minimum service charge of $125 for customers in Cullman County. We price our services by the square foot and give discounts on bigger projects, as well as , to seniors, veterans, churches and other places of worship. We love our community and want to serve our friends, family and neighbors as long as I am able.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we listen to their specific needs. We understand that it is a chore to call us out. We try our best to make the processes as relaxed and simple as possible. In most cases we can work through the details of scheduling an estimate or cleaning with a brief interaction over the phone, through text or email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am not currently carrying any certifications. I do have three decades of experience in floor care and maintenance. I have devoted my entire adult life to this scope of work and frequently consult with other professionals in the industry.
